If Disney offers the free dining plan in Oct again, what is the upcharge for the Table Service Dining if you're staying in a value resort?

    Hi Tabitha,

Isn't free dining great? It makes even the most fabulous vacation even more magical.  If you are staying at a Value Resort, the Dining Plan that you would receive would be the Quick-Service option and you would have to upgrade to the Disney Dining Plan should free dining become available for the dates you would like.  Prices are always subject to change, however, I would recommend using the unofficial Walt Disney World site for looking up the price difference that you would need to upgrade from the Quick-Service Dining Plan to the Disney Dining Plan.  Once you find the prices for both the Quick-Service and regular Disney Dining Plan, all you will have to do is subtract the value of the Quick-Service Dining Plan from the value of the Disney Dining Plan.  The difference in price is what you would be required to pay should you choose to upgrade.

I hope this information helps Tabitha.  Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
