Regarding your question about free water park entry on check-in day: this promotion is only available during
Cool KIDS' SUMMER, which runs from May 26 to September 8, 2026. Unfortunately, this promotion will have ended by the time of your visit. I know this isn't the news you were hoping for, but you'll still be able to enjoy the pool at your Disney Resort hotel.
November is a wonderful time to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth; it's actually one of my favorite seasons. Christmas cheer transforms the parks into a whimsical wonderland. I love seeing my favorite characters in their holiday best and enjoying
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. During this event, you'll experience exclusive fireworks and parades. Be sure to purchase your tickets early, as this popular event sells out quickly.
I also love
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. There are so many delicious food and drink options! I highly encourage you to make a list of your must-try items, so you don't get overwhelmed by all the amazing choices upon arrival. Walt Disney World does a beautiful job celebrating cultures from around the world during the holidays.
I love visiting Santa as often as possible, because he appears at several locations on the property. It's such a fun experience and a family tradition for us.
Disney Springs is another must-see. I highly recommend exploring the
Christmas Tree Stroll and choosing your favorite displays. They do a beautiful job, and it's definitely worth visiting. Bonus tip: with
Memory Maker, you can take family photos in the
Disney PhotoPass Studio area next to World of Disney. My family always uses these for our Christmas card photos, and they're included with your Memory Maker purchase.
