Does Disney offer a vacation planning Video anymore. I remember getting a DVD several years ago that my daughter would watch over and over. Now we will be taking our 2yo grandson this summer.

    Howdy Rhonda!

Welcome to planDisney! You and your grandson are going to have a rootin’ tootin’ good time during your vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Could there be a better destination for a two-year-old than Walt Disney World? I doubt it! Your grandchild will think that you are the best grandparent ever to take him to see his favorite characters and be immersed in all the magic…“to infinity and beyond!”

I completely can relate to you wanting a planning DVD outlining everything available at Walt Disney World. It’s just fun to see in living color all the beautiful Disney Resort hotels and the thrilling theme parks. In our technology-driven world though, everything is now available with the click of a mouse (how appropriate for Mickey Mouse) and at our fingertips online.

So here’s how it works now: your launch pad is this Ready for Tomorrow to Begin link. It will streamline vacation planning and makes an excellent starting point. If videos are what you truly want, then “you’ve got a friend in me” and my fellow panelists at planDisney in the form of our planDisney Video Library. It’s chock full of videos about the Disney Resorts Collection, theme parks, attractions and entertainment from a first-hand perspective.  There's even a planning guide for Preschool Kids and Little Ones, which will help you customize the trip to fulfill your grandson's wishes.

As far as other links, this Tickets & Visit Guide is the perfect companion for planning Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom days. You will need to make Disney Park Pass reservations for each theme park you plan to visit; use this Availability Calendar to see what parks are open for your travel dates. Don’t forget those Advance Dining Reservations for any dining experiences you’d like to have. And be sure to download the My Disney Experience app; it will be the key to unlocking all the essential tools for your trip, from mobile ordering to checking attraction wait times, viewing menus, and accessing park maps.

Rhonda, so glad you stopped by planDisney with your question. Stop back by anytime as you mosey closer to your magical vacation. Until next time, as Woody would say, “So long, partner!”
