does disney offer on site grocery stores for items to keep in room or to possibly make your own snacks and lunches

Hi Lisa! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

As your vacation approaches, you are smart to plan ahead for groceries and dining! Not only does making your own snacks and meals help you control your diet choices, but it also helps with the budget. My family usually brings some familiar snacks from home for our kiddos to prevent “hangry” meltdowns, but we also like to purchase snacks and breakfasts for our room once we arrive.

You will find some groceries available at Disney Resort hotels, especially Disney Deluxe Villas. Since the villas offer larger accommodations with kitchens, they tend to have a really great selection of food items for making sandwiches, yogurt, snacks, etc. If you are looking for specific items, your best bet will be to check out a grocery delivery service like Garden Grocer. This company offers you the ability to order groceries, then have them delivered to your Disney Resort hotel. A lot of my fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelists use them for grocery items and find them really helpful!

I hope you have the BEST vacation, Lisa! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
