    Does Disney offer ground transportation from Pop Century resort to Fort Lauderdale port for a cruise on the Magic, September 2024?

    Hi Richard, 

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for asking us a question! 

    If you’re cruising on the Disney Magic in September 2024, that means that you’ll be one of the first visitors to see Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point! That new island looks absolutely fabulous, and I truly can’t wait to experience it myself.  

    From what I understand, as of right now, Disney Cruise Line doesn’t offer any ground transportation from Walt Disney World Resort (including Disney’s Pop Century Resort) to the port of Fort Lauderdale. That said, they may have some options or recommendations for you, so I would highly recommend that you contact Disney Cruise Line either by email or by phone to see what they would recommend. Based on my experience, Fort Lauderdale is about a 3 to 3 ½ hour drive from Orlando, so you might also want to see whether renting a car one-way and dropping it off at the port would be a good option for you and your family.
