How lucky are you to be able to mix some business with some fun at
Walt Disney World Resort? My husband has to attend medical conferences once a year and I always beg him to choose one at The Most Magical Place on Earth just so I have another excuse to take a trip! We've had wonderful experiences with
Disney Meetings & Events, both in and out of the conferences. Thankfully, his conferences always leave enough time for frolicking through the Parks after the long, hard day of work is over!
I spoke to a Cast Member at Disney Meetings and Events who told me that the conference itself is the one that dictates what types of tickets its attendees are able to purchase. While some conferences at the Resort do offer late-entry tickets, some do not, and it really depends on the parameters set forth by the specific conference you're attending. He encouraged me to have you look at your conference's website, as they will have a specific code for ticket purchases and hotel room-block reservations. Once you have your conference information readily available, Cast Members at Disney Meetings & Events will be happy to assist you with making these reservations at (407) 566-5600.
Once your magical trip is booked, make sure to link your tickets and reservations to your
My Disney Experience account so that you're able to organize your plans,
make Park Pass Reservations, and start adding your interests to
Disney Genie Service. With Disney Genie and Genie+ Service you'll be able to maximize whatever time you DO get to play in the parks without wasting a minute!
