Does Disney offer airport transportation alternatives for families, staying at a Disney resort, with a special needs child? The child will be traveling with a working dog and the parents are very concerned about wait times for Magical Express. Thanks!!

Unfortunately Disney's only complimentary transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport is via the Magical Express, Danielle.  If it eases your mind at all, my experience with Magical Express has been a quite positive one.  Waiting times to actually board a bus are fairly minimal.  Often times, the long waits have more to do with dropping other guests off at neighboring resorts before arriving to your own home away from home.  If the family is very concerned, they could, of course, hire a driver for personal service.  We've used Happy Limo for transportation to and from the airport as well as the cruise port and we've been very happy with the service we received.  Another option would be to rent a car.  This might be a good option because wait times for transportation to the theme parks from the guest's "home" resort can often be lengthy and having a car would circumvent that problem.  Good luck with the decision!
