Hi, there!
Mary, I'm so excited to hear about your upcoming vacation. Pennsylvania is certainly pretty in October, but the
Walt Disney World Resort is positively magical in the Fall!
My family loves the
Disney Dining Plan. We've found it to be super convenient and flexible! We find a lot of value in the Disney Dining Plan when we book
Character Dining Experiences, which can be a bit expensive out-of-pocket. If you typically enjoy one nice
Table-Service meal a day, I think it's a good fit for your family! New this year, Guests have several new beverage options available including non-alcoholic specialty drinks, and for Guests 21 and older, alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, and cocktails. This recent change has added even more value to the Disney Dining Plan! My husband and I decided not to purchase the Disney Dining Plan during our last visit, and we immediately regretted it. We found that without it, we were fixating on menu prices and holding back from splurging on some of our favorite Disney treats. We decided that for future visits, we'd prefer the freedom we feel with the Disney Dining Plan over feeling restricted by paying out-of-pocket for every item.
I hope this was helpful. I love chatting about the
Walt Disney World Resort and FOOD, so please let me know if you have any other questions!
Ashley
