We have never been to Disney and this October we are taking our entire family, our kids are a wide range of ages 25, 23,16, 8 and 5. Would the Not-So-Scary Halloween party be enjoyable for the older kids, or should we buy tickets only for the younger ones

Hi Corinne!  Well lets just say that my 28 and 30 year old children will be attending again this year and request that we go to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party!  We all dress as a group in costume which tends to set the fun theme for the night.  Most of our group is adults and this year we will be breaking out candy costumes!  Even if you choose fun t-shirts it is a great way to enjoy the party as a family.

Your older children will enjoy the fact that many of the great thrill rides are open during this party and the lines are much less then during the busy part of the days.  They can ride them over and over again.  The parade is fun too and our favorite part is the ride of the Headless Horseman starting down Main Street and ending out through Frontierland.  Everyone will enjoy this awesome spectacle of the big black horse named Khan galloping through the park!

I say go for it.....make it a family night of fun together!
