We will be in Disney in October. I don't know if I should rent/take a stroller for my 4 3/4 year old, and all of our things. He doesn't nap but I don't like carrying a lot of stuff so the stroller may come in handy for storage and rests for him.

Hi, Tammy!   My son is 6 and has been out of a stroller for years, but he still needs one when we visit WDW.   There really is so much walking.   Add in long days and hot sun, and you'll find little mouseketeers need to rest their legs!

You are welcome to bring a stroller from home or rent one from any of the theme parks or Downtown Disney.   They are a bit pricey, so bring your own if at all possible.   Many strollers look the same, so mark yours with a ribbon or colorful bag so you can identify yours easily.

Enjoy your October vacation to Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
