Will be in Disney Oct 19-26. Have never been there that time of year. Always visited Jan, Feb & March when my oldest daughter did her internship at Disney. What are your opinions of visiting in the Fall?

Hi Tammy.   My family and I have been fortunate enough to travel to Disney at various times throughout the year.  Coming towards the end of October is a fine time to visit from both a crowd and weather perspective.

While possibly not as crowd-free as certain times during January and February, crowds during this time should be relatively light.   From a weather perspective, you will obviously find the temperature to be a bit warmer than your past experiences.  However, you will be visiting after the hottest times of August and September (I am from Florida and don't look forward to the next few months).   You may find occasional rain spurts, but nothing to be overall concerned about.    Overall, I like the weather of late October.   Plus, this opens up more opportunities to enjoy the Water Parks which may be a bit nippy during Winter months.

The week you choose is also recommended by Disney as a Great time to visit.   So, I think you chose well and will have a great time.   Enjoy your trip!
