I am going to Disney in November. I was wondering if for the nights that do not have the Mickey Christmas Party. Do they still do fire works and make the castle look like an ice palace or do they only do that during the party

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Laura!

You will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort during the Holidays to enjoy the glow of wintertime décor, merriment and traditions no matter which Special Event is taking place.

Cinderella Castle will sparkle and twinkle for you to enjoy and Fireworks will light up the sky immersing you in a magical wonderland. During the Special Event, separately ticketed "Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party", Magic Kingdom Park presents a most festive and jolly party, which I highly recommend. Or, may I offer a Monorail Resort tour to see the lavish holiday decorations?

Have you heard about Disney’s Holiday D-Lights illuminating tour? It encompasses the highlights of the magical holidays with activities such as the poignant "Candlelight Processional" at Epcot, the festive “Jingle Cruise” otherwise known as the Jungle Cruise, meeting the Event & Decorating Support Team responsible for the mass décor Resort-wide, topped off with a barbecue dinner. Or, perhaps an in-depth look at the adorning of Disney Resort hotels may be of interest through Disney’s Yuletide Fantasy tour?

Be sure to purchase your Memory Maker product, which will enable you unlimited digital downloads of all Disney PhotoPass attraction and ride videos and photos!

    Happy Disney Holidays!
