Hi, we are going to Disney in November and staying at the POP century. We just made plans to go to the BBQ at Fort Wilderness - what is the best way to get there using Disney transportation. We are not renting a car.

    Hi Charles,

Mickey's Backyard BBQ is a wonderful way to end a perfect Disney day!  Your family is bound to have an amazing time cutting a rug with Mickey and his pals while you dine on a huge assortment of delicious food.  The best way to get to Fort Wilderness Campground using Disney transportation is to take a bus from Pop Century Resort to Magic Kingdom.  From Magic Kingdom, you can catch a boat to Fort Wilderness.  If you happen to be at any of the other theme parks and plan to attend the BBQ directly from there, you can also catch a bus from any other park to Fort Wilderness.  I would allow about an hour and fifteen minutes if you plan on heading from Pop Century to allow enough time to transfer at the Magic Kingdom.

Have a magical evening and vacation!
