We are going to Disney in November our grand kids. I wanted to take them for a Kitchen Sink sundae but my daughter thinks Beaches & Cream is closing. Can you please advise? Thank you!

    Hello Barb!

As a "Nana" myself I can assure you that visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with grandchildren is the best way to visit the Walt Disney World Resort!

Currently, Beaches & Cream Soda Shop is scheduled to be closed for refurbishment from early August through winter 2019. While there is no set date for the Shop to reopen, I think it is a good idea to make other plans. While there is nothing quite like the Kitchen Sink but the Mickey or Minnie Kitchen Sink Sundae at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor in the Magic Kingdom. This smaller version is still large enough to share, and you get to keep the clever container!

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have more questions, come on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We love to help!

    See ya real soon,
