    We will be at Disney November 27-December 4. Last time we took our son he missed some of his favorite characters. Can you tell me where we might find Buzz Lightyear and Mater! He was really looking forward to them and we felt bad we didn't deliver!

    Hi Heather,

    I know how exciting and absolutely necessary it is for kids to see their favorite characters!  The easiest place to find both Buzz and Mater is Hollywood Studios. Buzz can often be found across from the Toy Story Mania attraction or at Al's Toy Barn.  Mater appears with Lightning McQueen at Luigi's Garage in Hollywood Studios. Be sure to check your daily schedule for exact greeting times.  Also, you can always ask a friendly cast member to help you locate your favorite character.  There is a number they can call to get an exact location.

    I've also seen Buzz in Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom.
