We will be going to Disney in Nov 2013 and we will have the dinning plan. Some locations we will be paying for our meals and not using the DP. Are there any locations that we would not be able to pay with a Disney gift card for the meal or the gratuity?

Hello, Laura!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

I love the early planning stages! As far as I'm concerned, planning out your vacation early is the best way to utilize every minute of your Walt Disney World vacation.  Let's not delay any longer because I am sure you are anxious to get on with your planning.

Generally, any restaurant inside any of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks will accept the Disney Gift Card.  Also, any restaurants that are inside any WDW Resort will take the Disney Gift Card as payment, too. Now Downtown Disney does have a few exceptions.  Jellyrolls, Planet Hollywood and the T-Rex Restaurant do not accept the Disney Gift Card as payment.  Now please keep in mind that this is all subject to change without notice.
