    We will be going to Disney next year and we plan on getting DDP. My youngest son will be 10, but he more than likely will choose chicken tenders off the kids menu. Will he get an adult portion if we use the DDP and he orders off the kids menu?

    We are so happy to hear from you again, and hope that you are getting excited for your upcoming trip to Disney World! The Disney Dining Plans are simply the best! I recommend getting a reservation at Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge for one of your meals! It is my favorite buffet at Disney World AND there’s always something for everyone to enjoy. 

    Every restaurant at Disney World is different, Brenda, as they all have their own policies in place with their menus. Some menus will have chicken tenders available on the children’s menu, and some may have an adult portion available too! If your child is ordering off of the kid’s menu (even if they are an “adult” on the Disney Dining Plan), I would expect a children’s portion of chicken tenders. But don’t worry like Chicken Little — you can always ask a Cast Member about available adult portions of chicken tenders at the restaurant you are dining at, and they may be able to make some adjustments for you.
