Hi Cowles ~
Your trip is just hours away and I know you're too excited to sleep! As a Mom of a child with special needs, I completely understand your challenges. Strollers that are being used as wheelchairs are allowed to be brought into the queues. In order to use your twins' stroller while you're waiting in queues, you will need to stop by
Guest Relations with your twins as you enter the first theme park during your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. Let the Cast Member know that your twins will need to use their stroller as a wheelchair. They will give you a red band to go on the stroller. You only have to stop by Guest Relations once and they will put a date on the red band indicating that it is good throughout your stay.
The red band will alert Cast Members at the entrance of each attraction that your twins are using their stroller as a wheelchair and they will allow you to bring it into the queues. Be sure to put the red band on the handle of their stroller so that it is easy for Cast Members to see but it doesn't interfere with the way you hold the handles or fold the stroller.
There are some attractions where the loading and unloading areas are different. When you board an attraction, a Cast Member will assist you to let you know where to leave the stroller and where it will be when you are finished.
I'm limited in space but suggest that you visit the pages for
services for Guests with mobility disabilities and

Please feel free to visit again with any questions. I'm hEAR for you!
Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
