Ahoy there, Deborah! Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for sailing to us with your question. My pals and I are happy to help our fellow guests.
If you'd like to use your laptop to
connect to the internet during your Disney Cruise, you will first need to purchase your desired internet package utilizing the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app on your smartphone. You can choose between a variety of options, depending on your connectivity needs. You also have the choice between purchasing internet access for one day at a time, or for the length of your voyage.
Once you have selected and paid for your internet package, you will be able to connect to the internet on your smartphone and also be given the website address if you'd rather use your laptop to log in and use your internet package. You'll need to be connected to the ship's Wi-Fi network to visit the website. I found it easy to use on my most recent Disney Cruise, and hope that you do too. If you ever have any questions during your cruise, please visit the
Guest Services Desk on Deck Three for assistance.
I'm wishing you a wonderful sailing, filled with many magical memories. If you can't get enough of cruising with Captains Minnie and Mickey, be sure to check out the future cruise booking offer within the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. You can sail again on most itineraries and with most stateroom categories at a discount within 24 months if you book while on board. I always find it is easier to say "See ya real soon!" instead of "Goodbye!" to Mickey and the gang on disembarkation day.
Bon Voyage!
