Hello, Richard! Thanks for sailing to planDisney with your question. It's great to have you here.
I'm happy to help you begin the check-in process. Once you are paid in full and your check-in window has opened, sign in to
My Reservations on the Disney Cruise Line
website. Once you are signed in, select your reservation. You will see a heading labeled Online Check-In, and below it, a link to click Check-In to start the process.
As you prepare for your check-in, it's helpful to gather the needed information and documents before you begin. You'll need the email address, address, and phone number of each member of your travel party, as well as payment information for your onboard account and your travel plans for before and after your cruise. You'll also need the emergency contact information of someone who is not sailing with you. Please also take photos of your travel documents and have security photos taken and ready to upload during check-in. You can take security photos using your phone and I recommend that they be in JPEG format for an easy upload. You'll just need one photo of each guest from the shoulders up and with a plain background. Please remove hats, glasses, and Mickey ears before taking the picture.
The check-in process can begin at midnight Eastern Standard Time, so I like to have everything prepared well ahead of time so that I can quickly move through the process and head to bed. There is nothing like being checked in for your sailing and dreaming of your
upcoming Disney Cruise!
Richard, please sail back to us any time you have more questions. My pals and I will be here for you!
Happy Sailing,
Adrianna
