Hi Disney Moms! We have Cdn resident tickets. Staying on property & picking up our magic bands at check-in. Are our tickets linked to our Magic Bands or will we need to pick up physical tickets (with proof of residency) at a theme park window? TIA!

    Hi Lindsay,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian!

I’m happy to hear that you were able to take advantage of the Special Offer on Theme Park Tickets destined exclusively for Canadian residents. My friends purchased them for their last visit to Walt Disney World Resort with me and they really were a great deal! I’m happy to say that your tickets should be “automagically” linked to the MagicBands that you’ll receive when you check in to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, provided you’ve linked them to your My Disney Experience account.

Please note, however, that you’ll need to activate the tickets at either a ticket window or Guest Relations at any Theme Park or Disney Springs before you first use them by showing proof of Canadian residency.

I hope my answer helps you plan your upcoming vacation. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
