    Hi Disney Moms, My family is so excited for our first cruise on the Disney Dream, departing on 3/24. Are there any classes, such as yoga, offered in the fitness center or elsewhere on the ship? I love to start my day with early morning yoga. Thanks

    Congratulations on your upcoming cruise aboard the Disney Dream -- she is a state-of-the-art ship that cradles you in comfort and luxury.

    The Fitness Center is an expansive exercise facility with a breathtaking ocean view, located on Deck 11, Forward. Located between the Salon and Rainforest room, you can make the most of the numerous classes and seminars offering aerobics, yoga and Pilates instruction. Reservations for instructional classes, seminars or one-on-one training sessions may be set up at the Fitness Center any time after 1:00 p.m. on the day you first board the ship or any time thereafter. There are also classes available on Castaway Cay, too!

    The Fitness Center includes:

    • Weight machines
    • Spinning machines
    • Treadmills and Ellipticals
    • Instructional classes (yoga, Pilates, aerobics)
    • Personal Training Sessions

    You also enjoy the benefits of:

    • Complimentary Water
