    Hi Disney Moms! My daughter & I took the Disney Wonder Mexican Riviera cruise in 3/12-loved it! But, now I'm kicking myself for not buying certain souveneirs & don't see them on Disneystore.com. Am I out of luck or is there a way to order them?

    Oh, I have been there and done that!

    Fortunately, the good folks at Disney know that this is a very common issue, and have made special provisions to help us get those important souvenirs.

    Walt Disney World Merchandise Mail Order should be your first stop. They can be reached a variety of ways:

    They are open Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Eastern time.

    You'll need a description of the item and a location of where you found the item originally. The more details you can provide, the better. 

    Merchandise purchased through Mail Order sells at the same retail price as it does on Disney property or on Disney ships. A shipping charge will be assessed.
