    We are going to Disney for the Mickey's Jingle Jungle 5K at 7am in November. We decided not to ride the RunDisney bus from the resort, how early should we try to arrive at Animal Kingdom to park before the 5K?

    Hi, Cheryl! 

    I hope you are excited to be participating in the 2014 Mickey's Jingle Jungle 5k. November is a fantastic time of year to be "running" around Walt Disney World® Resort. 

    If you plan on driving to the race in lieu of taking event transportation, I recommend arriving at Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park by 5:45am. This early arrival time will help to reduce any anxiety that may occur from getting caught in race traffic. Also, if you are staying at a Walt Disney World® Resort Hotel located further away from Disney's Animal Kingdom than most resorts, allow an additional 20-30 minutes of travel time.
