    Can I use a Disney merchandise card at a Disney hotel gift shop for soda and chips? I know the disclaimer says no food or beverages but is that including a gift shop?

    Disney Gift Cards are accepted like currency throughout Walt Disney World. Items such as prepackaged foodstuffs and beverages from a hotel gift shop are certainly available for purchase with the Disney Gift Card; it is even accepted at many restaurants around property.
