With the Disney Memorymaker, how does it work with rides? Do you need to go to a photo booth after the ride to see your photo or find your photo? We are thinking about getting this for our trip that is a few weeks away and this question came up.

Hi Edward! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You will love having Memory Maker on your trip in a few days! My family comes back with a LOT of pictures from our vacations and the best part is that we are all in them ... no one is left out from being “behind” the camera.

For ride photos, some locations have monitors as you exit that show your picture. They are usually in a pretty obvious location, so just watch for them as you exit an attraction. To get those photos, you simply tap your MagicBand or Walt Disney World ticket on the “Mickey head” under the monitor. For other rides, photos and even some videos auto-magically show up on your My Disney Experience account and Memory Maker. How cool is that? Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is one example of this. No need to look for the monitor ... we just check our My Disney Experience account a little later in the day and our photo and video are there for us to download and keep!

I hope this helps! Enjoy every magical moment of your vacation, Edward! Please visit us again with any other questions you may have.
