    We will be at Disney from May 18-24 and I was wondering if it was going to be crowded during that time. I know MDW is the following weekend and all.

    Hi Patricia,

    You should find light to moderate crowds during that week leading into Memorial Day weekend. Most families have not yet started their summer vacations, even if they are finished with the school year. The summer vacation crowds arrive in full force around the first of June.

    Be aware that the extremely popular Star Wars Weekends at Disney's Hollywood Studios will be happening during your visit. That's great if you are a fan. If you're not, you might want to schedule your visit to Hollywood Studios on a weekday..

    You also will be able to catch the last two days of one of my favorite special events, the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival, which runs through May 19.
