Hi, there!
Jennifer, you are going to have such a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort with your kiddos!
I completely understand your concern. We'll be making our first visit as a family of five this summer, and one of my sons is going to be walking since his former spot in our double stroller is going to be occupied by our newest addition! My plan is to have my bigger two take turns in one seat when, and if, their little legs need a quick rest. Your bigger two are much younger than mine, though! I don't think my boys would have lasted very long walking through the theme parks when they were only 3-years old. Assuming you have another adult with you, I suggest you take a lightweight umbrella stroller in addition to your double stroller. If all three of your kiddos are tired at the same time, they can all take a ride, but when you don't need the extra stroller, you can quickly fold it and store it in the basket under the double stroller. You could also
rent an additional stroller from the theme parks if you find you need it. If you won't have another adult with you, consider taking a baby carrier for your 1-year old.
My top tip for traveling to the
Walt Disney World Resort with little ones is to take long afternoon breaks. We leave the theme parks shortly after lunch and head back to our Resort hotel for a swim and a nap. Once everyone is well-rested, we return to the theme parks in the evening!
Did you know there's a conveniently located
Baby Care Center in each of the four theme parks? A Baby Care Center is the perfect place to give your little Mousketeers a short rest when they need one.
Thanks for stopping by!
