Welcome to planDisney, Jennifer. One of my favorite people is named Jennifer so I just
know you're good people!
Currently, the 14-Day Magic Ticket offered through the Walt Disney Travel Company includes
Memory Maker. You can find the details of this deal on the
theme park tickets page of the website. You'd just want to confirm with your third party that this is the deal they booked for you!
When you have the Memory Maker package, you'll have access to download any pictures or videos taken during rides and attractions that offer them as well as the photos that
PhotoPass Photographers capture throughout your vacation. Just remember that until you activate Memory Maker, there will be a watermark on each photo. But don't worry, that's easily removed! Once your first photograph has been taken, open up the
My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three horizontal lines (☰) at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, and select "Photos." Select one of your photos, tap it again, and you should see the option to activate Memory Maker. Just note that anyone who is connected to you through your
My Family & Friends List (and you have toggled on the option for them to see your photos) will be able to see the photos as well, but they will have the watermark. If you'd like to share any or all photos with them, you'd just have to download them and send them.
Jennifer, I hope you have a wonderful visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort and that each photo captures the magic you'll experience with the ones you love.
Reach out again if you have any other questions!
Just live the moment and love the memory,
Matt
