Hi Melanie!
I recommend making a dinner reservation at the
Whispering Canyon Cafe in Disney's Wilderness Lodge. It is a rowdy family-style restaurant and will remind you of the Old West. The last time I was there, I was with my dad, step-mom, wife, and two children. Everybody had a fabulous time! The food is also great!
I also recommend making a breakfast or dinner reservation at
Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary Resort. My two boys, ages 5 and 10, absolutely love eating there and it is a "must do" for any trip to Walt Disney World. Eating with Mickey, Minnie, and other Disney characters is a real treat!
My family also enjoys eating at
'Ohana in the Polynesian Resort. At dinner, it is an all-you-care-to-eat buffet. The food is great and they have entertainment for the kids. Most young guests love the coconut races.
I don't think you can go wrong with any of the table service restaurants in Epcot, but my family particularly enjoys the Biergarten Restaurant, Coral Reef Restaurant, the Garden Grill Restaurant, Le Cellier Steakhouse, Les Chefs de France, San Angel Inn, and Teppan Edo.
In the Magic Kingdom, we enjoy the Liberty Tree Tavern and the Crystal Palace. In Animal Kingdom, we absolutely love Tusker House. In Hollywood Studios, we enjoy Hollywood and Vine and Mama Melrose's.
Have a magical vacation!
