Going to Disney March 15th-24th. DD turns two on March 30th- is there a birthday celebration policy at Disney for being too early? Would like to do something special while we are there, but I'm not sure what would be acceptable!

    Hi Jennifer,

There isn't a policy that says you have to celebrate on your exact birthday so please feel free to celebrate your daughter's birthday during your trip.

Here are a few suggestions to make it special:

    * Stop by Guest Relations to pick up a "Happy Birthday" button.
    * Make reservations at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Cinderella Castle (bringing your own princess dress & accessories or opting for a cute outfit instead will save you $)
    * Stop by the Harmony Barber Shop near City Hall for some colored hair gel & pixie dust (a less expensive alternative to BBB)
    * Make a reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table
    * Go to the Town Square Theater to meet some of her favorite Disney Princesses
    * Meet Princess Tiana & Prince Naveen near the Liberty Square Bridge
    * Meet Rapunzel in the Fairytale Garden
    * Meet Tinker Bell & Fairies in Adventureland
    * Catch the Celebrate a Dream Come True Parade
    * Watch the Dream-Along with Mickey stage show on the Castle Stage

You can also dine with the Princesses at Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian or Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in the Norway Pavilion at Epcot. Dining reservations can be made 180 days prior to your visit & I recommend that. Call 407-WDW-DINE.

When making any advanced dining reservations (ADRs), be sure to mention that you'll be celebrating her birthday. You can request a celebration cake when you arrive for any table service reservations.  You can also order a special birthday cake by calling 407-827-2253. ADRs are required & cakes must be ordered at least 48 hours prior to your reservation.

These are a few suggestions but I'm limited in space to answer. Please feel free to visit us again.  We'll be happy to assist you. Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
