In the Disney MajicMobile I do not see my annual pass only my wife's.

    Hiya Roy!

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for sending us your question! As someone who would always forget their MagicBand in the Resort hotel room, I absolutely love the Disney MagicMobile Service. Indeed, the service allows you to skip the lines at Guest Relations and tap into the theme park of your reservation, which is so convenient.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Disney MagicMobile Service, but I am here to help bibbidi, bobbidi boo this issue away. To download your Disney MagicMobile Pass, you should first log into your My Disney Experience account on the My Disney Experience mobile app. Then, after clicking on "Disney MagicMobile," you should be able to click on the plus sign at the top-right of your screen and select the account you would like to create a pass for. If you cannot see your wife's profile, I would recommend that she tries and download her theme park ticket onto her own mobile phone. If she can download it herself, she can always share it with you via iMessage, provided that you both have an iPhone and that you are in each other's contacts list. If issues persist, I recommend reaching out to a Cast Member via chat, email or phone. In addition, you can ask for assistance with your pass at any Guest Relations booths in the parks. Cast Members are real-life fairy godparents, and I always go to them whenever I have questions!

Now, Roy, while I am not sure when you will be visiting, I hope that you will be able to experience the magic of the World's Most Magical Celebration. Indeed, the 50th-anniversary has brought so many new and returning offerings to the Walt Disney World Resort that it is a celebration you will not want to miss. First, I highly recommend staying in the parks until after the sunset to see the park icons illuminated in an EARidescent glow. Similarly, you must stop by Magic Kingdom Park and EPCOT to watch the new nighttime spectaculars Disney Enchantment and Harmonious. Although these fireworks shows have only been at the Resort since October of 2021, they have already become some of my favourites. Second, if live entertainment is what you prefer, watch Mickey's Magical Friendship Faire in front of the Cinderella Castle or watch the cavalcades and parade go down Main Street USA. Lastly, I would recommend trying some of the many special treats that are only available during the 50th-anniversary. These offerings are sure to make your stay especially magical and unique!

I hope this was helpful, Roy, and that you and your loved ones will have the best day ever on your next Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to help, and you've got a friend in us!

    Have a magical day,
