Welcome to planDisney! I have also seen a few social media posts about Walt Disney World Annual Passholders receiving some holiday cheer in the form of magical mail this year! I am also wishing on a star that I will open my mailbox and see that very merry package soon.
Walt Disney World Resort will send mail to the address associated with your Annual Pass. There are two ways to check the address in your account. On a web browser, visit the
Walt Disney World Resort website and log in to your My Disney Experience account. Visit your profile and scroll down to “Account Settings.” Here you will find the shipping address associated with your Disney account. In your
My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three horizontal bars in the bottom right of the screen and scroll down to “My Profile.” Select “Account Settings” to find your address. You can make any necessary changes to your Account Info on these pages on the web browser or in the My Disney Experience mobile app. You can also call the
"Annual Passholders" phone number to ensure you are signed up for Passholder emails and mailings.
Lauren, while these gifts are an extra touch of magic, they may not be received by every Passholder. Even if you don’t receive this holiday mailing, there are many other Passholder benefits available to you throughout the year. You can view the
current list of Passholder Discounts online, or in your My Disney Experience mobile app under “Passholder Buzz.” The Passholder Buzz page will also let you know if there are any other special Passholder offerings, like magnets available for pick-up in the theme parks, or limited-time merchandise and snacks!
