Disney MagicMobile is absolutely available to us! In fact, this has been my lifesaver countless times before, because I do tend to forget my MagicBands quite frequently... haha! What I love the most about MagicMobile isn't its lifesaving quality, though. My favorite thing about it is that I'm able to customize it to my liking as many times as I'd like! Currently, I have the iconic Spaceship Earth as my design of choice. Fun, right?
I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing technical issues while trying to set MagicMobile up, but thankfully, there are a couple of things that we could try in order for it to work. First of all, please make sure that your device's software has been updated to the latest available version. If this still doesn't do anything on your end, you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the
My Disney Experience mobile app to make sure you're using the latest version of the app.
Daniel, I do want to take this moment to remind you that you don't need MagicMobile in order to enter any of the
Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks, just in case my tips don't work for you. Depending on when you're visiting, you might be able to purchase a MagicBand or
MagicBand+, and you're also able to get a complimentary plastic card at any Guest Relations location within the Resort. Even though I know how convenient MagicMobile is, it's always helpful to know that it isn't the only available option!
