Hi, Nicole! Thanks for bringing your questions to planDisney!
Currently,
Walt Disney World Resort does not offer complimentary transportation between the airport and your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Although Disney's Magical Express is no longer in operation, there are many airport transportation options available. Guests can choose to rent a car, hire a private car service, or use a ride-share service such as Uber or Lyft. There are also some shuttle bus options that you can learn more about by visiting Orlando International Airport's website. I have used the Mears Connect bus service to and from my Disney Resorts Collection hotel several times and found it to be convenient and affordable.
The ability to change the date of your theme park visits is dependent on the type of
theme park tickets that you purchase. If you have a traditional date-based ticket, you may change your plans at the last minute as long as your park visits all fall within the given date range of your specific ticket. If your theme park plans change, please keep in mind that you will also need to modify your
theme park reservations. It is important to consult the
theme park reservation availability calendar before changing your park dates. Please keep in mind that theme park reservation availability could be limited if you are switching your plans at the last minute. If you have questions about changing your plans with the specific type of tickets you have, please feel free to call the
Help Center phone number for existing tickets to speak with a Cast Member.
Dining reservations are strongly recommended for table service restaurants and can be made 60 days in advance. If you have not yet purchased your theme park tickets, you will still be able to make dining reservations. However, it is important to note that if you make a dining reservation for a restaurant inside one of the Walt Disney World theme parks, you will need to purchase a theme park ticket prior to your dining reservation date. In order to enter a theme park for your dining reservation, you will need both valid park admission and a reservation for that park (or a reservation for another park and a ticket with the
Park Hopper option). If you're planning to dine at a restaurant at a resort hotel or
Disney Springs, then no theme park tickets are needed for you to enjoy your meal.
Nicole, I hope this information is helpful. If you have any additional questions, please visit us again. See ya real soon!
