Hi Richard!
Thanks for stopping back by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about your upcoming
MAGICal adventure overseas! With a jampacked itinerary, you will certainly be busy, but you will have so much fun while doing so much!!
My family has been fortunate enough to cruise on a European adventure each summer and with busy days with little ones can be incredibly taxing on them – and sometimes is just a better idea to leave them back on the ship. My husband and I have often left them onboard in secured programming at the Oceaneers Club or Lab now that they are older or at the “it’s a small world”! nursery when they were smaller while we enjoyed the sights. The hours for the onboard Youth Clubs vary each day, but they will be available for you to check in littles before the “All Ashore” time. This allows you to get them dropped off and meet onboard with the Port Adventures team for any scheduled excursions. If you are planning on utilizing the nursery, make sure you reserve your little one’s spot when your onboard activities booking window opens. Reservations are not required for the Oceaneers Club or Lab for port days, but I do recommend letting the Youth Counselors know that you will be heading off the ship when you check your kiddos in for the day.
If you haven’t yet done so, begin looking through the many incredible excursions offered through
Port Adventures. They always seem to find the best of the best opportunities for Guests to get the most out of their time at port. They do all the legwork, allowing you to simply enjoy your time ashore!
Please come back with any other questions you may have!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
