We are going on the Disney Magic next year in May!! What character Breakfast/Lunch/Dinners do they have if any? And do you have to make a reservation for them! I read that the dinners is on a rotation schedule. Thanks.

Disney cruise vacations aboard the Magic are nothing short of, well, magical, Ashley!  During your sailing your family will have the opportunity to enjoy one character breakfast with Mickey and his pals.  You will be assigned a specific day and time that you may attend the breakfast (your server will provide you with tickets during dinner the night before).  During the meal, you'll enjoy traditional breakfast choices while Mickey and his pals (typically Minnie, Chip & Dale, Goofy and Pluto) stop by your table for photos and autographs.

There is also a character "tea" on 7-night sailings.  On my most recent cruise guests were treated to "tea" (apple juice) and chocolate chip cookies with Alice.  It is my understanding that sometimes the Mad Hatter hosts with Alice, and sometimes in place of Alice.  The event does require a ticket, which can be obtained by visiting Guest Services.  Seating is limited, so if you want to attend you should visit Guest Services soon after boarding.

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
