Welcome to planDisney, Paula!
I can tell you that Magic Kingdom Park operates at a lower capacity for
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. This is one of the reasons it's such a fun event! The lower crowds mean you get to enjoy more attractions and move around the park easier. However, I should mention that this event has now completely sold out for 2022. If you have a ticket, fantastic! If you don't, I'm sorry if that's not the news you wanted to hEAR. However, let me assure you that there is still plenty of magic to experience at the Walt Disney World Resort this Christmas season.
For example, my personal favorite is the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. If you're anything like me, you'll really enjoy exploring World Showcase and learning about various Holiday traditions from around the globe. All that walking will no doubt leave you hungry and thirsty. Thankfully, there is plenty of delectable food and delicious drink to enjoy at the
Holiday Kitchens. If you have kids, I trust they'll really love the Olaf scavenger hunt. And if you'd like to festive thrill, don't miss Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Remix on
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. But the most magical event is surely the
Candlelight Processional.
And we're only just scratching the surface, Paula. I love visiting the Disney Resorts and enjoying all their magical Christmas décor, especially the gingerbread house displays. If you head to Disney Springs, you can go on the Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll. Each tree is uniquely themed after different Disney-inspired movies and attractions. If you visit Disney's Hollywood Studios, don't miss the Santa Claus Motorcade. If you go on a wild adventure to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, look out for the Merry Menagerie.
I hope that gives you some ideas, Paula. Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
