We’re going on the Disney Magic June 4 Mediterranean cruise and wondering if there will be pirate night?

    YARR, NADINE!

(That's Pirate for "Hello"... and a bunch of other things...)

AH, it be a bit close to be dabblin' in pleasantries, though, so I'll come right out and say it. AYE, THERE BE PIRATES IN THE MEDITERRANEAN THIS JUNE! We normally be disinclined to acquiesce to requests of specificity as to our arrival, but time is of the essence here.

Did that sound professional? - I been practicin' - Cap'n Barbossa, and Cap'n Minnie for that matter'd be proud!

Now I say we be in the Mediterranean, but that be as far as I'll go toward anythin' approachin' a guarantee...the only thing guaranteed in a pirate's life be plunderin' and really bad eggs, savvy? So ye best be keepin' a weather eye out for the jolly roger risin' up the mast.

Speakin' of, have ye seen how high the Disney Magic's mast be above the water? Oh, it's enough to shiver me timbers - me first mate on the other hand, she can't get enough of the AquaDunk - I done it once or twice in the frigid waters of the North Atlantic, and I'm sure the Mediterannean be a much more hospitable clime to have in-water fun. The pirate's code doesn't make mention of "havin' fun," though the code is what you'd call guidelines more than actual rules...

Now I normally don't share me treasure map with just anyone - especially landlubbers such as yerself, but Nadine seems like a trustworthy name, so I'll let ye in on a secret: the minute you step aboard, ye will be our inside pirate, savvy? We'll place when we plan to take the ship in the schedule of that fancy Disney Cruise Line Navigator app - there ye'll be able to see which day our plans for our Pirate Night be targeted.

Now should the winds and seas change to an unfavorable tide, and we abandon our scheme to take the Disney Magic, keep to the code: any pirate who falls behind be left behind - but by the powers, we'll hope it doesn't come to that!

Aye, it be a ripe wind for sailin', and I feel the spray of the sea now. Thank ye', Nadine, for askin' so politely, and if any questions surface from Davy Jones' locker, drop another message in a bottle here at planDisney, one of our clandestine crew will surely pluck it from the briny deep and respond in kind!

Fair winds, following seas, and a bottle of rum...or somethin' like that!
