Hi there, Lianne!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you sailed by with your question about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation! You are in for a treat onboard the Disney Magic, which happens to be my family’s favorite ship! We love them ALL, but our first Disney Cruise was on the Disney Magic, so it holds a lot of memories for us!
When traveling with a group, it is so nice to have the option to book connecting staterooms! They are also great for larger families to allow for some extra space within the
staterooms. I checked and the dividing partition between staterooms 7104 and 7106 on the Disney Magic can be removed allowing for a larger, shared verandah! If you would like this done, please ask your stateroom host or hostess once you get to your stateroom and they will ensure that it is done for you!
Another tip when traveling with a group – make sure everyone has the
Navigator app downloaded to their smartphones. You do not need an internet package to utilize this onboard app, but on it you will find a complete schedule of events, deck plans and my favorite – a chat feature that allows you to keep up with each other while onboard. Since there is so much to do and something for everyone onboard, this is an easy way to keep up with one another’s whereabouts.
Thanks for stopping by and please come back with any more questions you may have as you continue planning for a vacation you won’t forget!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
