Ahoy, Richard!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You are going to have an absolute MAGICal time on your European voyage aboard Disney Cruse Line! My husband and I took a transatlantic cruise aboard the Disney Magic for our honeymoon and it was unforgettable! I have not been to all the ports of call scheduled for your Disney Cruise so I enlisted the help of one of my Disney Cruise-loving friends to give you the best suggestions for you and your pirate crew!
I absolutely would recommend a European Disney Cruise with your kids! This will be such a fun way for them to explore different parts of the world. Also, since there weren't many kiddos sailing during our transatlantic cruise, the kids that were onboard had the Youth Clubs and Youth Activities counselors practically to themselves!
For your stop in beautiful Civitavecchia (Rome), check out the
Best of Rome. On this Port Adventure you will travel to the Vatican Museums, Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum! This tour has a lot of walking involved, but it allows strollers, so I suggest bringing a collapsable stroller for your littlest adventurer! The Positano and Sorrento excursion in Naples will give you an opportunity to explore the city unguided after you lunch in Sorrento. With all the walking and exploring in other ports of call, the
Torre del Lago Beach Break is a relaxing option for your stop in Livorno. Finally, the
Highlights of Monaco & Monte Carlo in Villefranche might be a fun sightseeing Port Adventure for your family!
Richard, I hope you enjoy reading more about these exciting Port Adventures!
