    Now that Disney has made the decision to eliminate the Main Street Electrical Parade, is anything is going to take it's place? We are heart-broken that this night time event will not be there during our visit.

    Hi Barbara,

    I know exactly how you feel...I'm very sad to be losing the Main Street Electrical Parade.  It has been my all time favorite since I was a little girl.  That said, knowing how amazing everything Disney touches is, I'm positive that we'll really enjoy what's coming in its place.

    As of today, we have not received word on a replacement.  I'm linking the Disney Parks Blog to this answer so that you can check for the announcement whenever you'd like.  The minute a replacement is determined, it will be announced on that site.  Of course, you can always come back and ask us.  I'm sure that the information will be released shortly.
