Can Disney link different credit cards to different Magic Bands within the same party? We are staying in the same Disney Resort room & the room has already been paid in full, but we will be paying for our souvenirs & food separately.

    Hi Stephanie,

Thank you for your question and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I have some very good news for you. During our last trip, we found out that a Guest’s MagicBand can be linked to the credit card of their choosing, even if it’s not the same credit card that is associated with your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel reservation or with your My Disney Experience account. You shouldn’t have a problem linking your family's MagicBands to a different credit card, should you choose to do so.

In order to ensure that the MagicBands are linked properly, please mention your request to the Cast Member when you check in to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. It’s also a good idea to request a printout of your MagicBands’ respective transactions after your first day in order to double check that the transactions are being processed correctly.

Have fun planning your trip and please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
