Hello there! We are going to be at Disney in less than two weeks--September 10th-16th. We have the dining plan and are staying at the Wilderness Lodge. What are some good uses of the snack credit for breakfast at this or near this hotel? Thanks a bunch!

    Hi Elizabeth!

Oh, I'm so excited for you!  Staying at Disney's Wilderness Lodge any time of year is a special treat.  It's my favorite resort in the entire world.

There are some wonderful goodies at Roaring Fork, the quick service restaurant in Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  You can redeem snack credits on the Disney Dining Plan for muffins (banana nut, blueberry, or chocolate chip), bagels (plain, honey nut, or cinnamon raisin), croissants, donuts, English muffins, and sticky buns.  There's also cereal and oatmeal.

If you're looking for a particularly decadent breakfast, cash a snack credit in for one of the s'mores cupcakes.  Yum!

Although they require a quick service credit rather than a snack credit, the strawberry orange, chocolate chip, or bananas foster Mickey waffles are worth it.  I tried all three varieties during my stay at Disney's Wilderness Lodge last September.

I'm sure you'll enjoy trying all the wonderful snacks at Roaring Fork in Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  Have fun next month!
