We are going to Disney later this month. I am traveling with my husband and soon to be 3 year-old son. I know it is hot and crowded this time of the year. Any suggestions on how to make this trip less frustrating when traveling with a little one?

    Hi Neoly!
The crowds this time of year may ebb and flow, but you are right that it will be hot. Nothing tuckers out a youngster, or an "oldster" for that matter, like the Florida heat and humidity. That said, all is not lost. I suggest the following to help ease everyone's heat frustration:

    *Drink lots of liquids.
*Schedule rest/swim breaks back at your resort!! A must!!
    * Cool off in some of the indoor attractions like Pirates of the Caribbean, Hall of Presidents, Haunted Mansion, etc. These also provide queues that are out of the sun.
*Eat Dole Whips, Premium Mickey Bars, and any other "cool" treats as much as possible. :)
*Let your 3-year old dictate the pace.
*Wet a face cloth and put it in your hotel fridge...bring to the parks and use for a cool wipe down.

I hope some of these help and I wish you a Magical (and cool) trip!! :)
