    We are going to Disney the last week of October. We are celebrating my daughters 16th birthday. This will be our 1st time visiting as well. Are the any special activities, of things we can do that you offer to make this trip extra special?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Stephanie!

    I can't think of a better place to celebrate a Sweet 16 than Disney World! Be sure to pick up "1st Visit" buttons for each of you and a "Happy Birthday" button for her at Guest Relations.

    Here are some ideas for a magical 16th birthday:

    * Plan a special dinner to celebrate. I'd recommend California Grill at the Contemporary Resort or Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian. If you time it with the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom, it makes it an extra special celebration. We also love dinner at 'Ohana at the Polynesian Resort and walking onto the beach for the fireworks. You can make dining reservations online by clicking this link or calling 407-WDW-DINE.
    Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party
    * Take a backstage tour. There are so many great ones!
    * Downtown Disney is the perfect place for dining and shopping. Your daughter may enjoy dining at Planet Hollywood and shopping at TrenD.
    * Characters in Flight.
    * Book a Fantasmic! Dinner Package
    * Portrait Session with Disney a Photographer
    * Attend a Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

    Please feel free to visit with all of your questions. We're hEAR for you!

    Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
