We are going to Disney the last week in Jan and I was wondering if the parks are much more crowded the days they offer the extra hours?

    Hi Ryan!!!

I love Extra Magic Hours at the theme parks!!  It is definitely one of the added perks of being a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Guest!  The last week of January will also provide you with some excellent crowds!!

I believe that the theme parks that offer Morning Extra Magic Hours are pretty crowded until around lunch.  I usually do not take advantage of Morning Extra Magic Hours because of this.

I do not believe this is as much true for Evening Extra Magic Hours.  Once the first hour of the Evening Extra Magic Hours passes, the crowds usually decrease a pretty good bit.  I actually prefer the evening hours since they are longer and usually are less crowded.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!!

    Have a magical day!!
