Hi! We were just in Disney last week and we bought the discover ticket for FL residents. We want to come back before the tickets expire in June since we have one more ticket to use. When would be the best time to go back that is not as packed as last week?

    Hi Maria,

As a Florida resident, I am so glad you decided to take advantage of the Discover Disney ticket offer for the Walt Disney World Resort. This is a great offer exclusive for Florida residents, offering major savings on tickets which can be used at the Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks.

Discover Disney tickets can be used anytime up until June 9, 2017. The only restriction is that if you are planning to return to visit Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, the Discovery Disney ticket for Florida Residents cannot be used at this Park between May 27, 2017 to June 9, 2017. Therefore, your last chance to use the Discover Disney ticket to experience Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park will be May 26, 2017.

It appears that you may have first used your Discover Disney tickets in early March, and this can definitely be a busy time as it coincides with many school spring breaks when lots of families are traveling. The other period to avoid is the week surrounding Easter, which is also historically a very busy time.

If you are able to wait until late April or early May, I have always found this a wonderful time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. Traditionally this tends to be an off-peak period for travel, and certainly my family has enjoyed the lighter crowds during this time frame. If you happen to be coming back to visit Epcot, this is also a fantastic time to take in all of the sights, concert sounds, and delicious food from the outdoor kitchens featured at the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival

Wishing you a wonderful time exploring and enjoying the Parks with Discover Disney!
