    Hi, I am going to Disney Land Paris in August. I some how linked my sons hotel booking in the app. How can I remove his Hotel booking from my app? It is making it hard to link stuff to my booking. Please help

    I'm so excited to hear that you'll be visiting Disneyland Paris this summer. Let me tell you that if you haven't been before, you are in for a real treat. Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland Park is, in my opinion, "the fairest of them all" with the most beautiful stained glass windows, on the second level, which tell the story of Sleeping Beauty. You'll also want to make sure that you stop by La Tanière du Dragon at some point during your visit where you will find a large, sleeping dragon that occasionally awakens, puffs smoke and roars, lurking beneath Sleeping Beauty Castle.

    I have spent quite some time researching your question, Jennifer, as I have never, personally, tried to unlink a hotel booking in the Disneyland Paris App, once it has been linked.

    I have looked at my own upcoming booking, which I linked in the App, on both the Disneyland Paris App itself and in the My Bookings section of MyDisney Account on the Disneyland Paris website and cannot see anyway at all for me to unlink my reservation.

    I then spoke to a Disney Agent called Hayley, via the Live Chat function, on the Disneyland Paris App, who stated that this is something that they would need to check with you directly. I'm guessing that this is because they will need to access your hotel reservation(s) in order to try to resolve the issues that you are experiencing.

    Top Tip - The Live Chat function can be accessed by clicking on "Ask your question" in the blue box that says "Need help?" which pops up while you are browsing the Disneyland Paris website and/or Disneyland Paris App.

    I'm sorry that I wasn't able to provide you with an answer today, Jennifer, but, will keep my fingers crossed that you're able to resolve the situation after contacting a Disney Agent directly, via the Live Chat function.
