Hey there, Sara! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I'm so glad that you are looking in to
parking so you can be fully prepared for your trip. There is indeed a shuttle that runs from the Toy Story parking lot to the parks so you won't need to worry about walking. Additionally, if you choose to park in the Mickey & Friends parking structure, there is a tram that will whisk you to the parks. Both parking areas are accessible by foot if you prefer to get a little exercise in before your fun day at the Disneyland Resort.
You can
purchase your parking vouchers in advance online to save you some time. Also, keep in mind that you can come and go and only pay for parking once per day. This is extremely helpful if you are traveling with little ones that might need to head back to the hotel for a nap in the middle of day. Just make sure to keep your parking receipt to show the parking attendant upon re-entry.
Finally, if you will be enjoying a meal at any of the
Disneyland Resort Hotels, you can park for up to three hours free at the hotels with validation. If you happen to be dining at Napa Rose or enjoying a spa treatment at Mandara Spa, both located inside Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa, then you can park for free at the hotel for up to five hours.
I hope this was helpful. Please stop by again with any other questions you may have!
